Products cannot be returned or exchanged since they won’t be hygienically suitable. However, if you receive a product with broken packaging, leakage or any sort of damage make sure you contact us within 24 hours so we can exchange the product for you. If the contact is made after more than 24 days, we won’t be able to help as that’s against our exchange policy. Moreover, we’ll exchange the same product. The product won’t be replaced on exchange (not even the shades, you’ll get what you ordered before no changes will be made in the order). We won’t provide a refund, that’s out of our policy.
